WTNV: Perfect Hair~

Been long since I upload anything XP Sorry about that, school was a bitch

As you can see, I joined myself into a new fandom. I just love listening to Cecil, whether it's him reporting some phenomenon happening in Night Vale or gushing over kitties and Carlos. Also, I haven't like a canon pairing in a long time~ ~ I can't help but draw sth to contribute to this marvelous fandom.

Here you could see Cecil finally getting to touch Carlos' oh so perfect hair~He's kinda flustered and giddy over it While Carlos just humor his boyfriend and let Cecil do whatever he wants.
